This is a simple utility that may help retrieve your Newton if you ever lose it. It works with the Messagepad 2x00 and eMate.

When you turn on the Newton, it will display a screen which has your contact information (taken from the Owner info).

It is a little more work to skip past this intro in your day to day work, but if you ever lose your Newton, it might be worth it. HOWEVER - there are buttons on this intro screen which allow you to quickly jump to certain applications (Extras, Notes, Names, Clock, Dates, Prefs)

To get past this intro screen, you simply tap anywhere on the screen, hit a key on your keyboard or tap on one of the Buttons.

Note: This is NOT prevent anyone from accessing your Newton data. If you are looking for a security/password program to prevent unauthorized access.... this isn't it.

IfFound is not Crippled in any way. I'm not going to call it shareware, however, as I've discovered I don't have enough time, as a medstudent, to properly support software products.
