What's
a home page without a picture of your home? This is the Adams model from
New England Log Homes. I built this (with a little help from my friends)
from October 1986 to July 1987, a total of 10 months from when the first
truck rolled in until the day I moved in. The kit included the pre-cut
logs (naturally), all windows and doors, second-story flooring and all
roofing materials. My father and I also did all the plumbing and wiring.
In addition, I cleared the lot, dug the footing (by hand!) and built the
foundation and sub-floor. The log home kit pretty much supplied everything
else. Oh yeah, the car wasn't included with the kit!
